MyAPL Rewards Official Rules and Regulations

(“Promotion”) Begins on January 1st, 2010 and continues thereafter until promotion is altered or cancelled at the sole discretion of WPTAPL.

ELIGIBILITY:
Promotion only open to MyAPL upgraded members who are legal residents of the United States 21 years of age or older, except where prohibited. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited. Participants understand and agree that any MyAPL Rewards policy regarding said promotion will supercede any other declaration whether verbal or written, by any other organization or agency.

HOW TO PARTICPATE:
MyAPL Rewards is a discount club offered to all WPTAPL members. Members who upgrade their membership will receive discounts on product, services and promotions offered through the WPTAPL including but not limited to MyAPL Rewards catalogue, discounts on cruises and special functions presented by WPTAPL as well as discount offers presented by MyAPL Rewards program partners/sponsors.  MyAPL Rewards members will also receive bonus prize opportunities at WPTAPL Nationals Level events and special events.

MyAPL Rewards memberships are self renewing and will be billed to the CC on file according to the membership option selected, either quarterly or annually until member e-mails memberservice@apl1.net with 14 days notice of cancellation.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION:
No prize substitution or cash redemption, except at WPTAPL's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. WPTAPL reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any taxes or other expenses incurred are the responsibility of the winner.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the determinations of World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League, which shall be final. Unless prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless WPT Enterprises, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League and its officers, directors, employees, licensees, representatives and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Promotion.

In accepting participants acknowledges that World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this benefit.

Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/e-mail submitted to WPTAPL. WPTAPL and its affiliated companies and agencies are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this promotion based upon any such error without liability and at their sole discretion. All federal, state and local laws apply.
