“Quarterly Online Rewards Tournament (QORT)” promotion Official Rules and Regulations

(“Promotion”) Begins on January 1st, 2010 and continues thereafter until promotion is altered or cancelled at the sole discretion of WPTAPL.

ELIGIBILITY:
Promotion open to all WPTAPL members and Affiliate League members who are 21 years of age or older, except where prohibited. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited. Participants understand and agree that any QORT policy regarding said promotion will supersede any other declaration whether verbal or written, by any other organization or agency.

HOW TO PARTICPATE:
All WPTAPL and Affiliate League members may qualify through live satellite tournaments to participate in the QORT. This event has a $1,000 guaranteed cash prize pool and a bonus prize of a VIP trip to a WPT Final Table Filming where they will meet the Royal Flush girls and all other available WPT personnel such as Mike Sexton and Vince Van Patton. This event is an online event which will take place on private WPTAPL software that will be available from a WPTAPL Members Page.

BENEFIT CLAIMS:
WPTAPL Quarterly Online Reward Tournament (QORT) is an event taking place on WPTAPL proprietary software in April, July, October, and January. Exact dates and times are released in the couple weeks preceding the event and available on a players MyAPL Page.  The event holds a minimum $1,000 cash prize pool paid out to the top 16. The software can be accessed for FREE from your MyAPL page.  No cash games are ever held on the software in fact, the software does not even have deposit functionality, so don’t worry its safe! The QORT also holds a bonus prize of a VIP trip to participate in a WPT final table filming.  The winner receives $400 in travel cash (must be used through Getaway Easy Travel) to participate in a final table filming of their choice. Winner will also meet the WPT Royal Flush Girls and any other available WPT personnel such as Mike Sexton and Vince Van Patton. WPTAPL is one of the few ways to be a part of these events and our VIP guests are treated like royalty.  It is sure to be the time of your life!

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the determinations of World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League, which shall be final. Unless prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.

No prize substitution or cash redemption, except at WPTAPL's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. WPTAPL reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any taxes or other expenses incurred are the responsibility of the winner.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless WPT Enterprises, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League and its officers, directors, employees, licensees, representatives and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Promotion.

In accepting participants acknowledges that World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this benefit.

Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/e-mail submitted to WPTAPL. WPTAPL and its affiliated companies and agencies are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this promotion based upon any such error without liability and at their sole discretion. All federal, state and local laws apply.
