“Weekly Free Rolls” promotion Official Rules and Regulations

(“Promotion”) Begins on August 6th, 2010 and continues thereafter until promotion is altered or cancelled at the sole discretion of WPTAPL.

ELIGIBILITY:
Promotion open to all WPTAPL League members who are 21 years of age or older, except where prohibited. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited. Participants understand and agree that any WPTAPL policy regarding the “Weekly Free Roll” promotion will supersede any other declaration whether verbal or written, by any other organization or agency.

HOW TO PARTICPATE:
All WPTAPL League members may qualify by finishing 1st or 2nd place at any WPTAPL officially sanctioned live event.  All members taking a 1st or 2nd place finish at a WPTAPL live event will have a Free Roll Token issued to them.  Tokens are issued every Wed for results submitted the previous week.  WPTAPL is not responsible for Tokens that are not issued due to results not being entered properly*. Platinum Members may redeem 750 Platinum Perk Points for a Free Roll Token at anytime.  Platinum Perk Points are issued every Wednesday for results submitted the previous week. WPTAPL is not responsible for Platinum Perk Points that are not issued due to results not being entered properly*. All players possessing a Free Roll Token may redeem these tokens to participate in any event they choose**.  To participate in a Weekly Free Roll a member must establish a player account on WPTPAL Online and properly register for the event in which they wish to participate prior the posted start time of the event as there are no late entries in WPTAPL Online events.  All events have a guaranteed cash prize pool paid to the top winners.  Some events award entry to the WPTAC to top finishers. Members access WPTAPL Online software via the “online events” tab on their MyAPL Page.

*If  the results for an event in which a players 1st or 2nd place finish are not properly submitted to WPTAPL at the time WPTAPL issues tokens and Platinum Perk Points for the period in which the event took place then the player will forfeit the token and Platinum Perk Points for that particular finish.

**Free Roll Tokens issued to WPTAPL members expire in 30 days for WPTAPL Basic members and 365 days for WPTAPL Platinum members

AVAILABLE EVENTS:
$500 Free Roll:  Event takes place weekly at 9pm ET every Friday.  Event offers a $500 p/p paid to the top 10.  Event awards top 2 a seat to the WPTAC and offers a WPTAC seat as a “Bubble Bonus” to 3rd place.  Must be a WPTAPL Platinum Member to be eligible for the Bubble bonus.

$50 Free Roll: Event takes place weekly at 9pm ET every Saturday.  Event offers a $50 prize pool paid to the top 3 and a Platinum Upgrade to 1st place.  Event does NOT award any WPTAC seats.

 
BENEFIT CLAIMS:
WPTAPL Weekly Free Rolls take place on private WPTAPL software every week. Exact dates and times are available on a player’s MyAPL Page under the “Online Events” tab.  Payouts can be found on the WPTAPL website. The software is FREE and can be accessed from your MyAPL page.  No cash games are ever held on the software.  In fact, the software does not even have deposit functionality, so don’t worry its safe!

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the determinations of World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League, which shall be final. Unless prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.

No prize substitution or cash redemption, except at WPTAPL's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. WPTAPL reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any taxes or other expenses incurred are the responsibility of the winner.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless WPT Enterprises, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League and its officers, directors, employees, licensees, representatives and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Promotion.

In accepting participants acknowledges that World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this benefit.

Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/e-mail submitted to WPTAPL. WPTAPL and its affiliated companies and agencies are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this promotion based upon any such error without liability and at their sole discretion. All federal, state and local laws apply.
