WPTAPL Online is private browser based software on which WPTAPL holds a variety of Free Roll events for WPTAPL members awarding cash and advancement opportunities. Launched in the 2nd half of 2010 the software currently hosts the events listed below.

$50 Weekly Free Roll: Not to be confused with our $500 event, this event pays $50 to the top 3, with $25 going to 1st. The winner also receives a Platinum Upgrade package and is one of the few ways to win one! Many of our members earn more than 4 Free Roll tokens monthly and this event is designed to provide those with more tokens more events to use them in. WPTAPL will on occasion add bonus cash to the prize pool (Some weeks we just feel more generous) but, you wont know when or how much, better just show up to find out. Follow us on Facebook as that is always the first place we will post info on bonus cash when available. This event takes place weekly every Saturday night. $500 Weekly Free Roll: This event pays $500 to the top 10, with $150 going to 1st. The winner also receives their seat in the WPT Amateur Championship held in Vegas. There are a few ways that WPTAPL members find themselves eligible to participate in this event. The Weekly Free Roll typically has around 300 participants each week and is held on Friday nights.
How to obtain Free Roll Toekns: Take 1st or 2nd at a live event: When a member places 1st or 2nd at ANY WPTAPL live event they are awarded a “Free Roll Token” these tokens can be redeemed at any time to participate in the $500 Weekly Free Roll. Free Roll Tokens do expire and their expiration is based on member level; Basic members have 30 days to use their tokens while Platinum members have 365 days! Become a Platinum Member: When a Basic member upgrades and becomes a Platinum member they are issued 6 Free Roll Tokens as a sign-up bonus providing access to $3,000 in Free Roll events. There are many other Platinum Perks and you can upgrade for as little as $69 a year! Promotional events: WPTAPL will occasionally run promotional programs and events where you can win Free Roll tokens. Note: Free Roll tokens are issued and deposited in your Token Bank every Wednesday for all 1st and 2nd place finishes the previous Sunday - Saturday. If results have not been entered by local league management, tokens will NOT be issued
VIP Monthly Championship: WPTAPL wants to show our appreciation for the members that support WPTAPL. The VIP Monthly Championship awards it winner a trip to Vegas. The prize package includes airfare, 3 day/2 night stay at Tropicana Las Vegas and admission to the Las Vegas Mob Experience the most interactive and innovative experiences on the Las Vegas Strip. This event will be hosted the 15th of every month at 9pm ET. All Platinum members are eligible to participate and win! Quarterly Online Rewards Tournament (QORT): This event offers a $1,000 Prize Pool paid to the top 16, with $250 to 1st place. The top 2 in this event win their seat in the WPT amateur Championship PLUS the winner is eligible for a bonus prize. To qualify for the QORT you must take a 1st or 2nd place in a MST or VSC event (see the WPTAPL 2011 Advancement Structure). The QORT takes place in April, July, October and January inviting all qualified players from the previous quarter and typically sees about 500 players participate.

Point Championship Semi-final: Every time a WPTAPL member finishes in the top 16 at any WPTAPL event they are awarded ranking points. These points allow for invitation to local and national level events including the Point Championship Semi-final. This event happens twice a year and splits the calendar year into two sessions; session 1 (January – June) and session 2 (July – December). Any venue that hosts their VSC in session 1 will send their top point leaders to the Point Championship Semi-final #1. Any venue that hosts their VSC in session 2 will send their top point leaders to the Point Championship Semi-final #2. The PCT Semi-final awards advancement opportunities as the top 150 from each Semi-final (300 in all) will win the entry to the Point Championship Tournament held in Vegas as part of the WPT Amateur Championship series. Other prizes may be available at the discretion of WPTAPL.

Online State Advancement: Some states do not allow for ranking points to be awarded at local events. In these states the traditional WPTAPL advancement structure does not work. In these states we offer online advancement opportunities. These online events are password protected and you must get the password at a FREE event held in your area and then participate in the online event to receive ranking point and advancement opportunities. Contact WPTAPL, or your local League Provider to find out what opportunities are available in your state.

Fun Play Ring Games: WPTAPL Online does offer several ring game tables where members can meet up with friends and play for fun, or use them to familiarize themselves with the software. These tables are always available but get the most action in the hours leading up to one of our regular events.

Special Events: WPTAPL Online software can be used by League Providers, sponsors and other partners to conduct special events for WPTAPL members. Who knows what you may win.

Online events sometimes offer a bonus prize to Platinum Members.
